Media Monitoring Executive

About the role

CARMA is seeking a Media Monitoring Executive to join its broadcast monitoring team. The role involves tracking TV and radio content, analysing coverage, and delivering timely alerts and reports in both Arabic and English to meet client service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor designated TV and radio outlets using CARMA’s tools and manual methods.
• Generate real‑time alerts and comprehensive reports according to client requirements.
• Summarise broadcast content in Arabic or English, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Maintain smooth handovers between shifts and review previous shift work to avoid duplication.
• Stay available on official communication channels during working hours and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Meet project deadlines, suggest workflow improvements, and comply with CARMA policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Language or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong proofreading abilities to identify grammar, spelling and punctuation errors.
