Medical Coordinator

About the role

The American Association for Continuous Education seeks a Medical Coordinator to act as a scientific expert and primary liaison with healthcare professionals. In this full‑time position you will ensure the delivery of accurate, up‑to‑date medical information and support the creation of educational initiatives that advance medical knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between the organization and healthcare professionals.
• Provide accurate medical information and updates to stakeholders.
• Develop, review, and support educational content and programs.
• Educate and train stakeholders on relevant medical topics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, a scientific discipline or veterinary medicine.
• 1–3 years of experience in Medical Affairs or a Medical Science role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong time‑management abilities.
