Medical Information Center Professional – Pharmacy/Science

About the role

We are looking for a motivated professional to join our Medical Information Center in Heliopolis, Cairo. The role focuses on handling medical communications, responding to patient inquiries, and supporting a high‑quality client experience within a fast‑growing healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming medical and patient inquiries through phone, email, and in‑person channels.
• Liaise with pharmacists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate information.
• Document interactions and maintain up‑to‑date records in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Assist the team in developing clear communication materials for patients and staff.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Interest in transitioning to a medical administrative or client‑experience role.

Required skills

• Understanding of pharmacy practices and principles.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and patient communication.
