Medical Manager – Medical Marketing Agency

About the role

The Medical Manager will lead medical and scientific activities for HELLENCE’s client projects, ensuring all medical content is accurate, compliant and evidence‑based. Based in New Cairo, this full‑time position works on‑site and collaborates closely with account, creative and strategy teams to translate complex therapeutic information into clear communication.

Key responsibilities

• Review, approve and sign‑off all medical materials, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide scientific guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients and healthcare professionals.
• Support clinical and medical affairs initiatives and contribute to medical education programmes.
• Develop evidence‑based communication plans and training programmes in partnership with creative and strategy teams.
• Stay current on clinical research, therapeutic area developments and industry trends.
• Lead and mentor the Medical Team, overseeing deliverable quality and professional development.
• Represent the agency in medical discussions with clients, KOLs and other healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Medicine.
• 8–10 years of experience in medical marketing, medical writing or medical affairs, preferably within an agency setting.
• Previous experience as a Medical Advisor or similar scientific role is highly preferred.
• Strong English communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven project‑management and client‑facing experience.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
