Medical Personal Assistant

About the role

The Medical Personal Assistant supports the consultant by acting as the primary liaison between patients, the hospital, and the medical team. This role ensures smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and high‑quality administrative support in a fast‑paced clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails professionally, responding to patient queries promptly.
• Manage consultant’s diary, arrange appointments, surgeries, and scans according to preferences.
• Enter and update patient information in the Compucare Practice Management System.
• Coordinate referrals, invoicing, and payment collection for self‑pay patients.
• Track appointment authorisation codes and follow up with embassies for required logs.
• Maintain accurate invoice logs and subject lines to ensure smooth billing.
• Send Trustpilot review invitations and adhere to workplace policies.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Previous experience as a personal or administrative assistant preferred.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
