Medical Representative – Giza

About the role

We are hiring Medical Representatives to join our team in Egypt. Reporting to the First Line Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales, market share and productivity targets within your territory while building scientific‑based relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales and market share growth targets within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Achieve contact, coverage and frequency goals through face‑to‑face meetings with doctors and pharmacists.
• Promote Acino products according to campaign briefs, using approved brand visuals and detail aids.
• Conduct regular visits to hospitals, polyclinics and pharmacies to strengthen scientific relationships.
• Deliver accurate product information, clinical studies and key messages to HCPs and KOLs.
• Identify business opportunities, monitor competitor activities and propose actions to protect market position.
• Participate in daily/weekly meetings to review market performance against KPIs.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of product samples in compliance with company policies.
• Support the execution of local and international conferences and round‑tables with healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a medical representative or product specialist.
• Experience in consumer health, cardiovascular or specialty portfolios is preferred.
• Strong sales acumen and business orientation.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• High customer focus with a professional attitude.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
