Medical Representative – Kafr Elsheikh/Desouk

About the role

We are looking for energetic Medical Representatives (and Product Specialists) to join Acino’s sales team in Egypt. Reporting to the First Line Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales, market share and productivity targets within your assigned territory while building strong, science‑based relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales and market‑share growth targets within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Conduct regular face‑to‑face visits to doctors, pharmacists and HCPs in hospitals, polyclinics and pharmacies to detail Acino products and ensure proper use of brand materials.
• Promote Acino products according to campaign briefs, delivering accurate clinical information and supporting materials.
• Identify business opportunities, monitor competitor activities and recommend actions to protect market position.
• Participate in daily/weekly meetings to discuss market conditions, KPIs and performance.
• Maintain professional handling and storage of product samples.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in medical sales or product specialist roles, preferably in consumer health, cardiovascular or specialty portfolios.
• Strong sales acumen, excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• High customer focus and ability to build scientific‑based relationships with HCPs.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
