Medical Representative – Zagazig

About the role

We are hiring Medical Representatives and Product Specialists to join relevant therapy areas across Egypt. Reporting to the First Line Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales, market share, productivity and performance targets within an assigned territory while building scientific, customer‑focused relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales and market‑share growth targets within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Achieve contact, coverage and frequency goals through face‑to‑face detailing of doctors and pharmacists.
• Promote Acino products according to campaign briefs, using approved brand visuals and medical references.
• Conduct regular visits to HCPs in hospitals, polyclinics and pharmacies to strengthen scientific relationships.
• Ensure doctors, HCPs and KOLs receive accurate product information and clinical study data.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Acino priority products, positioning, key messages and marketing programs.
• Identify business opportunities, evaluate learnings and develop initiatives to maximise market potential.
• Monitor competitor activities, medical conferences and round tables, reporting insights to management.
• Build strong networks with targeted HCPs and map decision‑making structures.
• Handle product samples professionally, maintaining proper storage conditions.
• Execute local and international conferences and meetings with healthcare professionals in line with campaign policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience as a medical representative or product specialist.
• Experience in consumer health, cardiovascular or specialty portfolios is preferred.
• Outstanding sales acumen and business aptitude.
• Excellent communication, influencing ability and high customer focus.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
