Medical Scribe for Doctors

About the role

The Medical Scribe will work on‑site in Qesm 1st Nasser City, supporting physicians and clinical staff by documenting patient encounters in real time. This full‑time position ensures that electronic medical records are accurate, complete, and compliant with healthcare standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review patient charts and organize clinical information before consultations.
• Document history, exam findings, assessments, and treatment plans directly into the EMR during and after each encounter.
• Clarify clinical details with providers to ensure accurate records.
• Track orders, follow‑up plans, and support overall workflow efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations at all times.

Required profile

• Strong real‑time documentation skills and familiarity with EMR systems.
• Solid knowledge of medical terminology and human anatomy.
• Understanding of medical assisting practices and clinical workflows.
• Excellent written communication and professional interaction with medical staff.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and capacity to manage multiple records.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality, privacy regulations, and professional ethics.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced clinical environment and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
• Relevant education or training in healthcare, life sciences, or a related field; prior scribe or clinical experience is a plus.
