MEP BIM Manager

About the role

The MEP BIM Manager will lead all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Building Information Modeling activities for projects based in Alexandria. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with project managers, engineers, architects and BIM technicians to ensure accurate, coordinated digital models that meet client standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage BIM workflows for MEP disciplines.
• Set up, develop, and maintain MEP model content.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve interdisciplinary conflicts.
• Perform model quality control and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate MEP models with architectural and structural designs.
• Provide technical guidance and training to BIM team members.
• Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement of digital design methods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience in MEP BIM management or coordination on complex projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP codes, standards and construction practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
