MEP Director

About the role

The MEP Director will lead and manage the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing supervision team across multiple projects, ensuring all works meet design, specification and contract requirements while upholding quality, schedule and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary MEP supervision team, assigning responsibilities and monitoring performance.
• Oversee supervision of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical and low‑current systems, reviewing designs, shop drawings and submittals.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural and civil teams to resolve technical conflicts.
• Implement quality control procedures, conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Track project schedules, prepare progress reports and manage variations, change orders and contractor claims.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 18 years of MEP engineering, construction or supervision experience, including 5–7 years in a managerial role.
• Experience on large‑scale infrastructure, commercial or residential projects and knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
