MEP Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

Rederma Laboratories is seeking a dedicated MEP Engineer to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works during the construction of its new plant in 10th of Ramadan City. The role ensures high‑quality execution, compliance with standards, and smooth coordination among all parties.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all MEP activities throughout the construction phase.
• Verify that installations follow approved drawings, project specifications, and local/international codes and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal plant management to ensure seamless project execution.
• Track progress, identify risks or delays, and provide regular status updates to management.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements on‑site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in MEP works within construction or industrial projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP system installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Effective communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in 10th of Ramadan City.
