MEP Project Manager – Giza

About the role

The MEP Project Manager will lead all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities for assigned construction projects in Giza, ensuring they are planned, executed, and delivered to Innovo Build Egypt’s quality, safety, and budget standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute MEP construction from initiation through handover.
• Review designs, drawings and specifications for compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural and other technical teams to align sequencing and interfaces.
• Supervise subcontractors, monitor performance, progress and quality, and enforce schedule and budget adherence.
• Oversee installation, testing and commissioning in collaboration with QA/QC and safety teams.
• Approve MEP materials, shop drawings and method statements.
• Track project costs, variations and provide technical input to cost control and planning.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and health‑safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress, technical and performance reports.
• Resolve technical issues promptly and liaise with consultants, clients and internal departments for approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of MEP construction experience, including at least 3 years in project management or senior site leadership.
• Proven experience on large‑scale building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP design, installation and commissioning processes.
• Excellent leadership, coordination and communication abilities.
• Fluent English.
