About the role

Authentic Egypt is experiencing strong growth and is seeking a creative, dynamic, and collaborative merchandising professional. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, allowing you to influence product assortment, pricing and overall business performance across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage line‑plan changes and communicate updates to cross‑functional departments.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking, market research and price analysis to support seasonal assortment planning.
• Analyze product performance against plan and recommend actions to increase sales.
• Identify new growth opportunities and support the merchant team on corporate projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of workflow, building strong partnerships with brand and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of garment export experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written English and solid math skills.
• Proven time‑management, organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Media, Fashion or Computer Science.
