Microbiology Specialist

About the role

EVA Pharma, a pharmaceutical company dedicated to health and well-being, is looking for a Microbiology Specialist to maintain the quality and safety of its products through microbiological analysis and quality assurance. The position is full-time and based in 6th of October City.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples and finished products in line with regulatory standards.
• Develop, validate and implement microbiological testing methods in compliance with GMP and quality assurance protocols.
• Monitor environmental conditions in production areas and laboratories against microbiological standards.
• Investigate and resolve microbiological product complaints, deviations and sterility failures, with reports and recommendations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to microbiological practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 0-2 years of experience in microbiology within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
