Microsoft Dynamics CE Senior Manager

About the role

PwC's business application consulting practice helps clients optimise operational efficiency by analysing their needs, implementing software solutions and providing training and support. This Senior Manager role covers Microsoft Dynamics CRM (CE) in Cairo, advising clients on CRM implementation and supporting the delivery of business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional, client-facing teams and oversee several projects at once
• Engage with senior client stakeholders and build relationships with new and existing clients
• Model commercial delivery models for accurate estimation and budgeting
• Build reusable assets and document solution options (high-level and low-level design)
• Configure and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions
• Work with technical development teams, including nearshore and offshore teams, and flag the impact of scope changes
• Contribute to testing, training, data, reporting and business change workstreams
• Coach and manage team members and resolve conflicts with PwC and client stakeholders
• Manage sales pursuits and act as the go-to person for Microsoft sales opportunities
• Keep up to date with Microsoft CE changes and communicate them to clients

Required profile

• Senior management level, able to plan and manage delivery across all workstreams
• Able to run project leadership and steering group meetings and manage project dependencies
• Manages overall quality of deliverables and leverages PwC assets and IP
• Supports technical development pathways for the Microsoft team and resolves work-related conflicts
• Manages relationships with senior client, PwC and Microsoft stakeholders
