Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer – Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer at the Associate level to join its Business Application Consulting team in Cairo. The role focuses on analysing client requirements, designing and configuring Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, and supporting seamless adoption across organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Document, propose and discuss solution options, producing high‑level and detailed designs.
• Configure and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to meet project specifications.
• Collaborate with near‑shore and offshore development teams and third‑party providers.
• Provide functional consulting support across all programme phases, including testing, data migration and cut‑over.
• Identify scope changes and communicate impacts to delivery and technical teams.
• Offer SME input on testing, training, reporting and business change workstreams.
• Coach and mentor junior project team members.

Required profile

• Relevant academic background (degree preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented, client‑focused environment.
• Willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve.
