Microsoft Dynamics F&O Associate – ETIC

About the role

D365 F&O Functional Consultants are responsible for delivering specific areas of the D365 Finance & Operations functional solution on delivery projects. They also support functional responses, prepare demos for sales pursuits, build and test functional IP and assets, and meet consulting grade expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing clients and document solution options as part of the programme team.
• Configure and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with technical development teams, including nearshore and offshore resources.
• Work with third‑party providers to ensure solution builds align with expectations.
• Provide functional delivery support across testing, business change, data migration and cut‑over phases.
• Identify business requirement changes and highlight impacts on delivery or technical design.
• Offer SME input across testing, training, data, reporting and business change workstreams.
• Coach, mentor and develop junior project team members.

Required profile

• Project Management – escalates issues, manages risks and utilizes PM tools such as Azure DevOps and spreadsheets.
• Delivery Management – coordinates with team members across workstreams and ensures timely task delivery.
• Sales Support – prepares and delivers sales demos and contributes to pursuit deliverables.
