Mid-Level Corporate & M&A Associate (Legal)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Mid-Level Associate to join our Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team. The role involves providing comprehensive legal support on corporate matters, drafting agreements, and assisting in both public and private M&A transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review service, distribution, and sale agreements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and opinions on corporate governance under Egyptian law and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Support public and private M&A deals by performing legal due‑diligence.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal advice and opinions.
• Manage corporate matters such as company incorporation, restructuring, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing transaction documents, including share purchase, shareholders’, and escrow agreements.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Laws (English or French section).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate law and M&A.
• Previous experience at a reputable law firm is highly preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven time‑management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Team‑player with a proactive mindset.
