Mid-Level Graphic Designer (Print & Video Specialist)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Mid‑Level Graphic Designer to join our team in New Cairo. You will produce high‑quality visual content for print media, digital assets, and video montages. The role demands versatility, allowing you to move seamlessly between static design projects and dynamic video editing.

Key responsibilities

• Design print‑ready materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, posters, packaging, and corporate identity kits, ensuring correct CMYK, bleed, and crop marks.
• Prepare and coordinate files with external printing houses, maintaining colour accuracy and typography consistency.
• Edit short‑form and long‑form videos, including promotional clips, social media reels, event montages, and ads, handling cutting, transitions, audio sync, colour grading, and basic motion graphics.
• Integrate graphic elements into video footage using After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Retouch, composite, and manipulate images in Photoshop; create visual assets like thumbnails, overlays, and lower thirds for both print and video projects.
• Maintain an organised library of fonts, images, and project files.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in‑house).
• Portfolio that showcases both print projects and video montage work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and problem‑solving mindset.
• Willingness to work onsite in New Cairo and collaborate within a creative team.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop (advanced masking, retouching, colour correction).
• Adobe Illustrator (vector creation and layout).
• Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (video editing and montage).
• Adobe After Effects (basic motion graphics).
• Solid understanding of print production requirements (bleeds, 300 DPI resolution, CMYK/spot colours).
