Mid-Level UX Researcher

Key responsibilities

• Assist in leading comprehensive user research using usability testing, interviews, surveys, and analytics.
• Support the UX audit process under senior guidance.
• Plan, execute, and manage research studies, including participant recruitment and data analysis.
• Synthesize findings into data‑driven narratives and present insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain personas, journey maps, and other user‑centered artifacts.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to translate research into actionable recommendations.
• Guide junior members of the UX research team.
• Stay updated on UX research trends and integrate new methodologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a UX Researcher with a strong portfolio of research work.
• Extensive experience in usability testing, user interviews, expert reviews, persona creation, user journey mapping, and stakeholder discovery interviews.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Project management experience leading research initiatives and mentoring junior team members.
