MIS Manager – Lead Reporting & Business Intelligence

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MIS Manager to lead the Management Information Systems function at Etisalat Egypt. The role focuses on developing reporting frameworks, analysing business performance and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the MIS team and oversee daily reporting operations.
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports.
• Analyse business data and provide actionable insights to management.
• Monitor KPIs, ensuring accuracy and integrity of reports.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Develop and implement MIS policies, standards and best practices.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis.
• Support senior management with ad‑hoc reports and strategic analysis.
• Maintain data quality, consistency and compliance across reporting systems.
• Train and mentor team members while driving continuous process improvement.
