Mobile Developer (React Native)

About the role

We are seeking a Mobile Engineer passionate about building high‑quality, user‑focused applications that connect people through sports, movement and data. The role involves designing, developing and maintaining React Native apps for both Android and iOS, integrating wearable devices and real‑time data streams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and wearable data sources (Apple Health, Google Fit, Garmin, Fitbit) to ensure accurate real‑time data.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and backend engineers to deliver engaging features.
• Optimize app performance, stability and security across multiple devices and network conditions.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve production issues with a focus on user impact.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold clean, modular codebases.
• Support deployment, release management and app‑store submission processes.
• Stay current with React Native advancements and mobile development best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile application development using React Native.
• Proven track record of shipping production‑grade apps for both Android and iOS.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and responsive layouts.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and backend integrations.
• Familiarity with AWS services or other cloud‑based mobile back‑ends.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
