About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our global online English education platform. You will engage prospective learners through outbound phone calls, understand their needs, and guide them toward the most suitable English courses.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to introduce and promote 51Talk’s products and services.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate courses or solutions.
• Convert inquiries into sales by clearly communicating value propositions.
• Follow up on marketing leads and ensure timely engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and build long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or any customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.
