About the role

The company is seeking a Medical Sales Supervisor to lead sales activities for its medical supply portfolio across Southern Cairo, Giza and 6th of October. The role involves driving sales growth, managing client relationships and ensuring product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for medical supplies and pharmaceuticals.
• Manage a portfolio of customers, providing product information and after‑sales support.
• Achieve sales targets and report performance metrics to senior management.
• Coordinate with logistics and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in selling medical supplies or drugs.
• Relevant medical qualification (e.g., pharmacology, veterinary, physiotherapy, medical engineering).
• Own a car (preferred) and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of medical products and regulations.
• Proven sales techniques and customer relationship management.
