About the role

MetLife is seeking a full‑time Insurance Sales Agent to join its Cairo office. In this on‑site position you will promote a range of insurance products, support customers in meeting their coverage needs, and contribute to the growth of the brokerage business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Sell individual and group insurance policies, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing customers.
• Manage brokerage activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in insurance sales and brokerage.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Adaptability to a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Cairo, Egypt.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
