Network Security Manager

About the role

The Network Security Manager will lead the design, implementation, and daily operation of Halan Tech’s network and perimeter security across on‑premises and cloud environments. This senior position combines deep technical expertise with leadership to protect the fintech ecosystem and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage firewalls, WAFs, DDoS protection, NAC systems, switches and routers.
• Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments and compliance reviews (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, CBE).
• Develop and mentor a high‑performance network security team.
• Design, test and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Monitor network performance and security metrics, reporting to senior leadership.
• Manage the network security budget and align it with business and IT objectives.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to Group IT and the Information Security VP.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in network security management, preferably in fintech or large enterprises.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
