Night Shift Call Center Agent

About the role

Medexera is looking for enthusiastic night‑shift Call Center Agents to join its customer support team in New Cairo. You will handle client inquiries through phone, email and chat, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound client calls, respond to emails and chat messages.
• Coordinate with internal departments (front‑line, back‑office, billing) to resolve client issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Adhere to performance metrics and quality standards.

Required profile

• Egyptian national, male.
• Open to graduates, undergraduates, drop‑outs or gap‑year candidates from any university.
• English proficiency at B2+ to C1 level.
• Willingness to commit to a minimum of six months.

• Gross salary of 30,000 EGP (net 17,000 EGP) plus 3,000 EGP transportation allowance.
