Non-Networks Consultant – Telecom Strategy & Transformation

About the role

Accenture’s Communications & Media practice is seeking a Non‑Networks Consultant to lead strategy and transformation projects for global telecom clients. The role combines deep telecom domain expertise with the ability to drive innovative, technology‑enabled solutions across BSS, cloud and digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead small‑to‑medium consulting teams delivering end‑to‑end management projects for telecom operators worldwide.
• Design and execute digital transformation and innovation programs, including cloud migration of BSS functions.
• Develop practice assets such as methodologies, white papers and point‑of‑view documents.
• Support the global sales team by identifying opportunities, drafting proposals and contributing domain expertise.
• Translate client business needs into functional requirements, process flows and implementation road‑maps.
• Engage stakeholders throughout change initiatives to secure commitment and drive adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience in one or more telecom domains (e.g., CRM, Order Management, Billing, Mediation, Provisioning, Collections, Customer Care).
• Strong background in digital transformation, strategy and cloud‑based BSS solutions.
• Ability to work independently with senior client stakeholders and manage project governance.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a track record of delivering profitable outcomes.
