About the role
We are looking for a North Africa Demand Planner to join Haleon’s supply chain team. The role will create and maintain reliable demand forecasts for our consumer‑health portfolio, ensuring the right products reach the market at the right time while protecting inventory investment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop short‑, medium‑ and long‑term demand forecasts using historical sales, market trends, promotions and business intelligence.
- Coordinate and drive the monthly demand‑planning cycle and prepare inputs for S&OP meetings.
- Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, bias, service level and inventory health.
- Analyse forecast deviations, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Support sales, marketing, supply planning and finance teams with demand insights and scenario analysis.
- Help minimise stock‑outs, excess inventory and obsolescence risks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Studies, Engineering or related field.
- 3‑5 years of demand planning or supply chain experience, preferably in a multinational consumer‑health environment.
- Experience working with international sites and cross‑border logistics.
- Relevant certifications such as APICS, CIPS and Six Sigma.
- Proficiency with SAP, especially SAP APO‑IBP.
