Odoo Implementer

About the role

Kandil Industries is looking for an experienced Odoo Implementer to lead the configuration, customization and deployment of Odoo ERP modules across its operations in New Cairo. The role involves translating business requirements into functional solutions, ensuring successful project delivery and supporting end‑users throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize Odoo ERP modules based on business requirements.
• Gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems.
• Train end‑users and provide post‑implementation support.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare system documentation and user manuals.
• Support continuous improvement and optimization of Odoo processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in Odoo implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of Odoo ERP modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, and HR.
• Experience in business process analysis and ERP implementation projects.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
