Offensive Security Tech Lead – Cyber Security (Cairo)

About the role

Deloitte Innovation Hub is seeking an Offensive Security Tech Lead to drive adversary emulation and red‑team activities in Cairo. You will work with a diverse, highly skilled team to simulate advanced persistent threats and assess the resilience of client security controls.

Key responsibilities

• Lead red‑team engagements using frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and Caldera.
• Design and execute complex attack chains covering initial access, privilege escalation, lateral movement, data exfiltration and persistence.
• Simulate nation‑state actors, ransomware groups and insider threats to uncover detection and response gaps.
• Conduct penetration testing on web applications, mobile apps, APIs, cloud environments and networks.
• Utilise scripting, defense‑evasion techniques and code review to identify and exploit vulnerabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading red‑team or offensive security projects.
• Strong understanding of adversary tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs).
• Ability to design realistic attack scenarios and communicate findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
