About the role
We are looking for an Office Manager to provide high‑level executive, administrative and clerical support to the Managing Director of our Asset Development division. The role ensures smooth office operations, manages confidential information and assists with key business initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, dashboards and other business materials for the Managing Director.
- Track key initiatives, action plans and management updates, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain the Managing Director’s calendar, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and minute taking.
- Serve as primary point of contact, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and process travel expense claims in line with company policies.
- Manage calls, inquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion.
Required profile
- Proven experience in executive or senior‑level administrative support.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and support senior leadership.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience preparing professional presentations and reports.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and expense management.
