About the role
The Office Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at Unlimited Group’s Nozha office. The role combines front‑desk duties with basic administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and check‑in visitors, maintain a tidy reception area.
- Answer, screen, and forward calls on a multi‑line system, take messages and manage email correspondence.
- Manage calendars, book meeting rooms, schedule appointments and arrange catering for meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, perform data entry, filing, photocopying and faxing.
- Provide information about company services and direct visitors to the appropriate staff member.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in a similar receptionist or front‑desk role, preferably in an office setting.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Good command of English.
- Resident of Heliopolis, Nasr City or nearby areas.
