职位概况

负责奈良工厂TIG焊接团队的技术与管理，运用精密焊接技术和工业机器人，提升产品质量和生产效率。

主要职责

组织并带领TIG焊接团队完成高难度焊接任务。
制定并执行生产计划、订单处理及客户沟通。
推动工艺改进、效率提升和质量优化项目。
培训新人，传承焊接工艺与技术。

任职要求

机械类高中毕业，具备13年以上制造业经验，其中3年以上团队管理经验。
熟练掌握TIG焊接工艺，能够处理薄金属的热变形控制。
了解工业机器人在生产中的应用，具备技术创新意识。
具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，能够推动持续改进。
