Online Sales Executive

About the role

House of Cocoa is looking for a proactive Online Sales Executive to drive revenue across its website, delivery platforms and social media channels. The role blends e‑commerce management, digital marketing coordination and customer experience oversight to maximise online performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise sales on the company website, delivery aggregators and social media channels.
• Monitor website conversion rates and implement improvements.
• Maintain product listings, pricing, promotions and online merchandising.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to launch online campaigns and seasonal promotions.
• Analyse sales data, generate weekly/monthly reports and recommend actions to increase revenue.
• Ensure accurate product information, images and pricing across all digital touch‑points.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service to guarantee smooth order fulfilment.
• Track customer feedback and online reviews, proposing corrective measures.
• Support new product launches and manage email marketing and retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E‑Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e‑commerce, online sales or digital commerce.
• Proven experience with Shopify or comparable e‑commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales and performance data.
• Familiarity with delivery platforms and online marketplaces is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with a results‑driven mindset.
