Operations Associate – Data & Technology

About the role

Darkroom is seeking an Operations Associate to own and evolve its proprietary Flight Plan infrastructure for e‑commerce clients. The role blends operational rigor, technical fluency, and client partnership, reporting to the VP of Finance and collaborating with operations, client service, and leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of the Flight Plan, from client onboarding to ongoing deployment.
• Maintain and monitor financial and operational dashboards, ensuring accurate P&L, revenue, and margin reporting.
• Identify and resolve gaps or inefficiencies in client infrastructure.
• Design, build, and maintain internal automations and integrations across the tech stack.
• Evaluate, prototype, and deploy AI and emerging technology solutions to improve client outcomes.
