Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for a conscientious and driven Operations Executive to join our Middle East International Residential Sales team. Based in West Cairo, the role is full‑time and involves extensive travel across Egypt and occasional trips within the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage operational subcontractors such as security, cleaning, fire, pest control, landscaping, and others.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing and technical departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Liaise with tenants, handling operational and technical requests and ensuring lease compliance.
• Manage the service‑charge budget, provide analysis and recommend improvements.
• Oversee handovers of units, systems and contractors to tenants and ensure smooth operations.
• Handle tenant complaints, monitor contractor performance and enforce contractual obligations.
• Lead tendering or re‑tendering processes for operational services.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in facility management or operational management.
• Proven business development and lead generation abilities.
• Strong negotiation, closing, communication and presentation skills at senior client level.
• Effective networking and stakeholder engagement experience.
