Operations Executive – Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG)

About the role

Amazon is building a new ultra‑fast grocery service in Egypt and needs an Operations Executive to lead store‑level execution. You will manage daily end‑to‑end operations for either a large site or a network of smaller sites, ensuring fast, reliable delivery for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily Under‑The‑Roof (UTR) or On‑The‑Road (OTR) operations for assigned stores.
• Meet customer‑facing metrics while maintaining quality, safety and team morale.
• Drive performance management, coaching, and feedback for associates.
• Design and deliver training plans for pickers and other staff.
• Collaborate with merchant stakeholders to continuously improve processes.
• Conduct 4M/5S and Safety Gemba audits on a daily basis.
• Work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, across multiple locations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with experience in a customer‑facing, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel between stores throughout Egypt.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
