Operations Manager – Hospitality (Food & Beverage)

About the role

Swissotel Sharm El Sheikh is seeking an Operations Manager with a strong Food & Beverage background to lead daily hotel operations. You will ensure service excellence across all departments while upholding brand standards and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall hotel operations, coordinating all departments to maintain efficiency and consistency.
• Oversee Food & Beverage outlets, partnering with culinary teams to ensure menu quality, creativity, and cost control.
• Manage Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Experience teams to guarantee smooth arrivals, stays, and departures.
• Supervise Engineering, Maintenance, and Security functions, ensuring asset integrity, preventative maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Support the General Manager with budgeting, forecasting, P&L monitoring, and cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Ensure appropriate staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning while fostering an inclusive, performance‑driven culture.
• Maintain full compliance with local laws, health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and brand policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel operations, preferably with a focus on Food & Beverage management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial performance, and cost control.
