About the role

Caption Tour Services is expanding its International Sales & Business Development team and seeks motivated professionals to drive growth in the travel and tourism market. The role focuses on building partnerships with travel agencies and destination management companies to promote Egypt’s luxury travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and establish partnerships with international travel agencies and DMCs.
• Promote Egypt travel services, including luxury Nile cruises, hotel bookings, and tailor‑made tours.
• Execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other international platforms.
• Manage ongoing communication with travel partners and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Explore and develop new B2B markets and business opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in tourism, sales, or business development.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional email outreach.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
