Operations Manager – Rooms Division

About the role

Swissotel Sharm El Sheikh All-Inclusive Collection is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead its Rooms Division. You will be responsible for delivering seamless guest experiences across Front Office, Guest Experience, Housekeeping, Reservations and related functions in a luxury resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all Rooms Division operations, ensuring smooth arrival, stay and departure processes.
• Drive guest satisfaction scores and manage feedback for continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement departmental strategies, procedures and service standards aligned with brand expectations.
• Monitor occupancy, room inventory and revenue opportunities in partnership with commercial and revenue teams.
• Manage budgets, labour costs, productivity and operational expenses.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Rooms Division team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Conduct regular quality‑assurance inspections to maintain luxury standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Food & Beverage, Wellness and Experiences teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security and company policies.
• Support sustainability initiatives and responsible tourism practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in a Rooms Division leadership role within a luxury resort, lifestyle hotel or boutique hospitality environment.
• Strong resort experience, preferably in remote destinations such as island, desert or safari properties.
• Proven track record of leading, developing and motivating multi‑disciplinary teams.
