Operations Specialist – Shopping Center

About the role

TMG is looking for a dynamic Operations Specialist to support the day‑to‑day management of its shopping centre portfolio. This entry‑level position offers recent graduates the chance to develop expertise in real‑estate operations while working closely with property managers, maintenance teams, and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily operations across multiple shopping centres.
• Collaborate with property managers and maintenance crews to ensure facilities remain well‑maintained and operational.
• Monitor and optimise operational processes to boost efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
• Support budget planning and control for operational expenses.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair projects.
• Conduct regular inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Help implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Provide tenant‑relations support and resolve operational issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
