Operations Supervisor – FM Operations

About the role

Join Amazon Operations as an Operations Supervisor in FM Operations, overseeing shift management at a first‑mile fulfillment center, middle‑mile sortation hub, or final‑mile delivery station. You will lead a team of Associates to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities.
• Manage, coach, and train Associates to deliver top‑level service.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety standards.
• Provide critical shift information to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation throughout the shift to meet or exceed forecasts.
• Collaborate with support functions to resolve performance issues (e.g., process readiness, 5S, safety, training).
• Analyze data and drive process optimization to solve logistics and supply‑chain challenges.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and read).
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
