Operations Supervisor, Hub Delivery

About the role

Support the overall daily management of operational duties at the hub, deputizing for Hub Account Managers when needed and continuously improving safety at the delivery station.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the dispatch of shipments and monitor cost of supply runs.
• Manage metrics, identify improvement opportunities with stores, and analyze distribution using maps.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects and stakeholder meetings to present quality metrics.
• Coach and monitor logistics assistants, coordinators and delivery associates, ensuring KPI compliance.
• Interview candidates, brief associates on workload, and handle performance management.
• Measure workflows, track daily metrics and support the Operations Manager with reporting.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience in logistics or e‑commerce operations is preferred.
