Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Operations Supervisor ensures that Manara School’s campus remains clean, safe, and welcoming for students, staff, and visitors. Reporting to the Campus Operations Manager, you will lead both housekeeping and security teams across academic buildings, residential areas, and outdoor spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff, enforce daily cleaning schedules, conduct inspections, and manage cleaning supplies.
• Oversee on‑site security personnel, monitor shift schedules, enforce access‑control procedures, and maintain incident logs.
• Coordinate with procurement, facilities, and other departments to address operational issues promptly.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new housekeeping and security employees.
• Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and service excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Facility Management, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience supervising housekeeping, facilities, or security teams, preferably in an educational or residential setting.
• Relevant certifications in Facilities Management, Health & Safety, or Security Management are a plus.
