Operations Supervisor – Shift Management

About the role

Join a dynamic team that keeps Amazon’s fulfillment network moving. As an Operations Supervisor you will lead shift activities in first‑mile, middle‑mile or final‑mile facilities, ensuring orders are processed safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities.
• Manage, coach and train associates to deliver high‑quality service.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety standards.
• Provide critical shift information to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation throughout the shift to meet or exceed forecasts.
• Collaborate with support functions to resolve issues in areas such as 5S, training and process readiness.
• Analyze data to solve logistics and supply‑chain challenges and drive process optimization.

Required profile

• Experience managing teams.
• Experience with planning, performance metrics and process improvement.
• Preferred experience in logistics and data analysis.
