Operations Supervisor – Sort Center

About the role

Join a fast‑growing Amazon Operations team as an Operations Supervisor overseeing shift activities at a CAI9 sort center. You will lead associates, ensure safety, and keep customer orders moving smoothly through the fulfillment process.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe work environment by identifying and acting on safety opportunities.
• Train, coach, and manage associates to deliver high‑quality service.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety standards.
• Provide real‑time shift information to frontline managers and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation throughout the shift to meet or exceed forecasts.
• Collaborate with support functions to resolve process, 5S, safety, and training issues.
• Analyze data and drive process improvements to solve logistics challenges.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand/walk for up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
