Operations Team Lead – Fashion

About the role

The Operations Team Lead will drive daily fulfillment activities for a fashion business, ensuring orders are dispatched on time, accurately, and in line with quality standards. This position translates operational plans into concrete actions, balancing resource allocation with performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end order processing, meeting daily dispatch targets and SLA commitments.
• Plan and allocate manpower according to workload peaks, manage shifts and attendance.
• Maintain system data accuracy for order status, inventory movement, and dispatch confirmations.
• Lead Operations Specialists, Fulfillment, Packing, and QC teams; conduct briefings and performance reviews.
• Enforce quality, packing, and branding standards; conduct random audits and ensure health‑safety compliance.
• Track KPIs such as orders dispatched per day, accuracy rate, and team productivity; produce regular performance reports.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies, propose process improvements, and support automation or system upgrades.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Inventory, IT, and Finance to resolve issues and align data.
• Act as first escalation point for operational disruptions, managing urgent order delays and resource shortages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, fulfillment or logistics within the fashion sector.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage resources and meet performance targets.
