Operations Trainer – Logistics & Delivery

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Trainer to deliver standardized training across our hub franchises, team leaders, and couriers. The role focuses on ensuring consistent execution of SOPs, operational standards, and new policies throughout the network.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and refresher training for hub franchises, supervisors, and couriers.
• Conduct standardized operational training to guarantee uniform implementation of company SOPs.
• Communicate and roll out new operational policies, procedures, and business initiatives to frontline teams.
• Develop, update, and improve training materials, presentations, manuals, and SOP documentation.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, field observations, and follow‑up coaching.
• Visit hubs regularly to identify operational gaps and provide on‑site coaching.
• Monitor trainee performance and recommend improvement plans where necessary.
• Organize workshops, online training sessions, and operational meetings as required.
• Maintain accurate training records and attendance reports.
• Support company projects related to operational standardization and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum 3 years of training experience in logistics, courier, express delivery, or e‑commerce logistics.
• Hands‑on experience training frontline operational staff, especially couriers and hub personnel.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
